Claret IV

Our Claret IV is a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, crafted with grapes from California’s Lake County Region. Aging in first use Minnesota medium+ toast oak barrels gives this wine an earthy smoked oak character. Claret IV compliments any hearty meal.

Alcohol content is 13.5 %.

BLACK BARN V

Blended from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, this Silver medal award winning wine has a very pretty nose of oak, black cherry, and cassis. It is well structured and is oak forward. There is nice fruit, complexity, and long finish. Although BLACK BARN V is a pleasure to drink now, continued bottle aging will enhance all aspects of this wonderful blend. Steak and lamb are a splendid match. The alcohol content of this wine is 14.4 %.

BLACK BARN VI

If you enjoy a bold Merlot blend, you’ll be very pleased with BLACK BARN VI~a bronze medal award winner. Merlot is blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc are aged in stainless steel vats, whereas the Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in Minnesota medium+ toast oak barrels. Once again steak, ribs, or other hearty entrees are perfectly matched to this exceptional bold red wine blend. The alcohol content is 14.6 %.
